High School Practice Schedule For The First Two weeks

Next Tuesday Aug 3rd, Parent/Player meeting with physicals and conditioning testing. Starting at 6:30pm to 8:00pm.

Thursday, Aug. 5th, Equipment check out at 3:00pm
Practice-Helments and shorts 4-6:30pm
Friday Aug. 6th, practice- helments and shorts 4-6:30pm

Aug.9th - 13th practice with full pads 4-6:30pm

Saturday Aug. 14th Blue/White scrimmage 8am-10am

High School and Junior High Parent/Player Meetings Next Tuesday August 3rd at SOG

NOAH Families,

We will have our planning meeting next Tuesday, August 3rd at 6:30pm. The meeting for JH and HS parents/players and practice for the high school team(also at 6:30pm) will be held at Springs of Grace Bible Church at 7123 E. 7th St. in Tulsa.

This meeting will have several important topics to be addressed:

Our head coaches will have a message and will be available for questions.

Dr Krautter will provide sports physicals for returning players.

Home game volunteer signups will take place after the coaches messages. Each high school and junior high family is required to volunteer during our home games. We will have a signup sheet with amount of positions that you will need to fill for the season. You might want to bring your personal calendar so you can choose your dates.

High school pre-game food signups will also be available to reserve your required dates.

The football calendar displays that we will have equipment checkout on Tuesday. We have changed the date to Thursday, August 5th. High school players will start at 3:00pm and junior high check out will start at 5:00pm at the practice field on 129th E. Ave.

If you have not turned in registration forms or fees you may also bring those.

We are still missing a few home/away game jerseys that were not returned after TU camp. Please check with your sons to make sure that he has returned his jerseys.

Junior High Team

Practice will start on Monday, August 9th. Practice times are 6:00pm to 8:00pm initially with the posibility of the jh practice time changing in a few weeks after the new sod has established.

Don't forget the parent meeting next Tuesday and equipment check out on Thursday, August 5th at 3:00pm.

Discount Card Fundraiser

Parents and NOAH Jag Football Players:

I have still been receiving money and orders for the Football Discount Card Fundraiser.

So as to make it easier for those of you who have not handed in any orders yet or for those of you who still have orders
to hand in, I will be extending the date one more time.

I will be taking all orders at the Tuesday, August 3, 2010 at the Parent Planning Meeting.

I will have a table set up to receive all orders. This will be the FINAL DAY. I will be handing all orders and money over
to Danae for processing at the end of that evening. If you should have any more orders after this date, you will need
to give them to Danae.

This will give each of you who have not participated in this fundraiser an opportunity to do so as you will now have an
additional week or so to get those orders.

We can make no more delays in getting these orders/money ~we must get the cards ordered for those who have ordered
already.

I will see you on Tuesday, August 3, 2010 at Springs of Grace Church.

Some unforeseen conflicts have resulted in our having to cancel SKILLS CAMP for July 23-24th I

All Hogs meet Jon Dunbar at the Memorial H.S. football stadium on Hudson between 51st and 61st at 8am to 9am M, W, F until practice starts in August. The stadium is on the east side of LaFortune Park.
Bring your own water. Wear shorts, t-shirt and running shoes.

Discount cards fundraiser

Coach G has cancelled the hogs practice for today.
So we will not be able to collect the orders for the discount cards today.
Mrs Gaalswyk will collect the orders and money tomorrow morning from 8:am to 10:am during the sodding work day.

Volunteer Needed

We are asking for a volunteer to maintain the watering needs of the new sod that will be laid on the practice field.

We have the crawling water system that can be used. The system would need to be moved probably twice during each watering.

The field will need to be watered every day except for days were we have rain.

Please bring a garden rake(hard rake not a leaf rake) if you have one.

Be at the practice field at 8am.

Fundraising Message

Parents of the Football Jags and NOAH JAGS (Jr and Sr. High):

Tuesday, July 13, 2010 was the final day for handing in all money and orders for the NOAH JAG Football
discount card fundraiser.

As of this date only five (5) football players have done so. We need to get everyone's orders and monies ASAP.

WE CANNOT SEND IN ORDER FOR CARDS UNTIL WE HAVE EVERYONE'S ORDERS AND MONEY ~ WHICH WILL DELAY
IN DELIVERY TO THOSE WHO HAVE ALREADY ORDERED.

This is a major fundraiser to the football program without it, costs for each player and the program could be increased due
to lack of funds readily available from fundraisers.

Very IMPORTANT for each player to get ten (10) cards sold for $20.00 each. We only make $10.00 of each card sold.

For all of those who have not handed money and orders in. I must have all orders and monies no later than next Monday. I will be at the field before hog practice there from 3:30 to 4:30 under my red canopy on the North side of the field under the trees/shade. This is the only and FINAL DAY I can do this.


IT IS "VITALLY" IMPORTANT EVERYONE DO THEIR PART.

NOAH Team Camp

I have had difficulty sending the team camp registration forms via the blog.(formatting issue) I have sent emails from my ohboyx3@atlasok.com address that has the forms attached. If you have not received the email with the attached forms then I do not have your email in my records. So I need to you email me at ohboyx3@atlasok.com and I will send the forms to you. You may be subscribed to the blog but I still need to have your email address so that I can send the forms to you.

PLEASE NOTE: The dates of the camp have changed from the football calendar. The camp will be held on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.

Also, If you attended TU Camp and you still have a jersey we need you to bring the jersey with you to camp tomorrow.

If you are attending the early session for camp and need to turn in your fundraising orders you may turn them into me. You may also turn in registration forms for the season and fees tomorrow.

We will also have jagwear for sale tomorrow for those who are interested. (Please bring a check or exact change)

Fundraising

Hi Everyone ~ PARENTS/JAG FOOTBALL PLAYERS (Jr./Sr. High):

Well the FINAL DAY for sales of your discount cards is this Monday, July 12.

You will need to turn in all orders (order sheets) and money on Tuesday, July 13, 2010 at the field (129th/81st Street location) on that day.

Please NO CURRENCY (COINS).... Only money orders, Checks and Cash will be accepted. It would really help if you could get money order's for the cash you have received or make out a check.

PARENTS: I will be under the Red Canopy sitting at a table to take the orders and money on Tuesday, from 4:00 to 6:00 p.m. ALL ORDERS MUST BE TURNED IN ON THAT DAY!

I will then be handing them all over to Danae for processing and we will notify you as to an approximate date of delivery. YOU may want to make a copy of order sheet so you can call everyone on your list to let them know as soon as we notify you on the blog.
