Junior HIgh Football: Parent Meeting and Equipment Check Out
Just a note to remind our junior high parents that Tuesday nights parent meeting is also for junior high players that may need a physical or need to turn in registration paperwork or registration fees. We will also have the home game volunteer sign up available. Information about the physicals is in the previous blog post where you can find the form that you will need.
Junior High equipment check out is Thursday, Aug. 4th at 6:30 pm. Please meet at the white equipment shed behind the church building. Please do not park behind the church buildings. Please park on the paved parking lot. You must have all of your paperwork and fee payments in order before you may check out your equipment.

NOAH Football Parent-Player Meeting
Our meeting will be held on Tuesday, Aug. 2nd at 6:00pm. We will meet in the church sanctuary at the practice field on 129th E. Ave.
We will have Central States Orthopedics there to provide physicals for all those who may need one. There will be a charge of $10. Please make physical checks out to NOAH. If you will be paying in cash please bring exact amount.
One page of the physical form is to be filled out by parent or guardian. The parent portion needs to be filled out before your son has his physical done. If you would like to complete your portion of the physical form before the meeting here is a link to the physical form:

Dee Helsee our football treasurer will be present to accept fee payments.
Home game volunteer assignments for junior high, junior varsity and varsity games will be ready for assignment. Tip: You will want to bring your calendar so you can choose your volunteer dates.
Pre-game meal assignments will be available for the high school team.
For newcomers we will explain our volunteer system at the meeting.

Each player must have the following completed before he can start practice:
1. Medical/Liability Release
2. Code of Conduct Signature form

Football Breakfast Gathers 200 Supporters
Fundraising coordinator, Shelly Roberts reports a very successful Football breakfast, today.
About 200 players, coaches, and fans gathered for our 1st annual football booster breakfast.
The pancakes, sausages, and drinks made for a hardy breakfast while visiting with the athletes and leaders about the upcoming season.
The event raised $1700 which will help cover team expenses and allow the athletes to offset some of the player fees. Applebee's hosted the gathering and donated $5 of each $7 meal to the NOAH football program.
The team enjoys visiting with the fans and appreciates all the support and encouragement that NOAH supporters provide.

Applebees fundraiser
We need to confirm our ticket count. If we have sold more than 350 tickets, the manager will bring in additional cooking staff. So it is important that you let us know your ticket sales count. Please email me at shelley-roberts@sbcglobal.com with your ticket count.
Also, ticket funds are due the morning of the breakfast. You can continue selling tickets the morning of the breakfast, but we do need a ticket count.
We need all volunteers at the restaurant by 7:15 am. We will start serving at 8 am. Volunteers need to wear NOAH t-shirts.
Keep selling.

NOAH TEAM CAMP for ALL High School players interested in playing for the NOAH Jaguars this fall is July 11th, 12th, 14th, 15th. This is a very important camp for all of our players that are serious about competing in the fall to attend. So Varsity players should come and help with the younger camp if they can and definitely should attend our practices.

I hope everyone is selling tickets for our Applebee's Flapjack Fundraiser.
I am needing about 15 seniors and juniors for our breakfast event. Food handlers have to be at least 16 yrs old. You guys have seniority! If anyone else would like to volunteer, please let me know.
Our breakfast is a little over a week away. Keep selling those tickets!

Volunteers will need to be there at 7:15 am to walk through our instructions. ALL FEES ARE DUE JULY 16 - BY 7:30 AM. There is not an option to get with me after the breakfast. FEES ARE DUE THE MORNING OF THE BREAKFAST.
