NOAH FOOTBALL MEETING, ALL-LEVELS, Tuesday, March 31st 

We are excited about the 2015 NOAH Football season! Please join us for our first meeting of the 2015 season. Any and all families with boys from ages 7-18 interested in playing football should plan on attending. Invite others that may have an interest as well! The meeting will be held at Eastland Baptist Church located at 1835 S 129th E Ave, Tulsa, OK 74108. The meeting will begin promptly at 6 pm and will last no longer than one hour. See you there!

IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT!!!!!!


The February Board meeting is being moved to the SECOND Thursday of the month (Feb 12) to accommodate all the Candidates for the Open NOAH Board seats.

We have 3 open seats, and 4 candidates.

The candidates are Tony Rainey, Steve Gastelum, Ben Maier, and Jeff Crnich.

I am very pleased to announce the Board of Directors’ appointment of Fred Sabatini as Athletic Director of the NOAH Football Program.  Fred has faithfully and effectively served NOAH for many years in a variety of capacities including President of the NOAH Board of Directors.  We are excited about Fred’s commitment to the Football AD role and look forward to his leadership.  Please pray for and assist Fred in his new responsibilities.

We will be checking in football equipment on Tuesday, November 11, at 5:00pm
in the gym at the practice field.  It is important that you be there to check in the following items:

Game Jerseys - Home and Away
Game Pants - Home and Away
Belts - Black and Blue
Thigh pads - 2
Knee Pads - 2
Helmets - Black and White with original chin straps.
Practice Jerseys

If you have more than one of these items, bring all.

WE WILL NOT BE SELLING ANY ITEMS AT THIS TIME!!

MAKE SURE EVERYTHING YOU TURN IN IS CLEAN!

REMINDER!
DO NOT MACHINE DRY THE JERSEYS!
DO NOT TURN IN ANYTHING WET OR DAMP!

Please be on time!  There will be an orderly process to this so, do not just drop off your equipment.

Pryor Football Stadium

The Pryor football stadium is located on the west side of town.

Coming from the west on Hwy 20, the stadium is located on West 1st Street, (look for the lights)

Game time is 7pm

There is no bus! Everyone is meeting at the stadium!

It's a Noah Fundraiser with Pampered Chef!

Everyone can help raise funds for NOAH Football by sharing the link with friends and family.  Out of town orders can be direct shipped or picked up locally.  Orders can be placed online at the Noah link, www.tiny.cc/noahfootball or by contacting Noah mom and Pampered Chef Director, Julie Duncan.  Please place c/o and a players name in the first line of the address field. 

Donations will also be made to Noah Football for each show that is scheduled and held November through January.  It's a great way to shop with your friends.  Choose the new Christmas Cookie Workshop, Freezer Cooking Classes, Lunch Hour Treats, 5 Appetizers in 15 minutes, or an interactive Facebook Show.  

Fundraiser orders can be placed through November 7th.  This is an easy, quick fundraiser that is multiplied when everyone participates and sharer the opportunity.

Friday, October 24th at 7:30pm

We have confirmed a game for week 9 of the football season!
The NOAH Football Team will travel to Olathe, Kansas to play Christ Prep Academy of Kansas City!  The game is scheduled for Saturday, November 1st at 2:00pm.  Form a caravan now and go support your Jaguar football team. Travel information for the football team will be coming soon!

ATTENTION - ATTENTION - ATTENTION!!!

I have received notification from the Legion Coach, (our opponents this week), that they will not be able to host our game this week.

WE WILL NOT BE TRAVELING TO OKC THIS WEEK!!!

I have reserved our Home field, Broken Arrow South Intermediate, for this Friday, Oct. 10th.
I have been in contact with the Head of our officiating association and he is trying to secure a crew for the game.  This is a "brutal" week for finding officials for our game.  He is continuing to search, but has suggested we try to move our game to Thursday night, (Thursday would be easier to find a crew).  I am awaiting an answer from the Legion Coach.
So...here it is in a "nutshell":

This weeks game will be a home game.
The game could be played on Friday at 7:00pm:
     if we can secure a referee crew.
The game could be played on Thursday at 7:00pm:
     if Legion is able to play on that night

SPRINGFIELD TRIP ITINERARY:

High School AND Jr. High teams will be traveling together this Friday to Springfield.
The bus will be leaving at 1:00 pm from the Varsity practice field:

East Tulsa Bible Chapel

and arriving at our destination at 4:00 pm:

Kickapoo High School
3710 South Jefferson
Springfield, MO

Estimated arrival time home: 2:00 am

JR HIGH PLAYERS:
Seating is limited on the bus. Coach Lasater will tell you who is riding the bus.

VARSITY PLAYERS:
Please let Coach G know if you will NOT be riding the bus.
We will provide a meal for the team when we arrive in Springfield.

FRIDAY NIGHTS GAME VS GROVE!!!

Players are to meet at the church parking lot at 2:30pm.
We will depart at 3:00pm.
Make sure you have ALL of your equipment packed and ready to go!!!
We will be playing at Grove High School football field.

TODAY / TONIGHT!!!

Don't forget, we are taking pictures starting at 4:30 with individual pictures.
Team pictures at 5:00pm, (once everybody is there).
Players will wear their Jersey & Game Pants, (no pads)
Make sure you bring your practice gear to change in to...we WILL have practice!

A REMINDER!
We WILL NOT have access to the main church building today!!! NO BATHROOMS!
The gym will be available for the players to change out of their uniforms and to use for the meal.

 NOAH team & individual pictures THIS WEEK

On Thursday, September 25^th, Jerry Palmer will come to the fields to take team and individual pictures.  Coaches will let the teams know which jerseys they are to bring to practice that day; they will be in full uniform.  Pictures will start at 5:00 for the varsity team then Jerry will move to the elementary & junior high fields.

If you want to purchase individual pictures of your player, please BRING THE COMPLETED FORM on Thursday WITH YOUR PAYMENT.  The payment should be made out to Palmer Images.

Please be sure that your player fees are paid in full by September 20^th.  NOAH has a No-Pay-No-Play policy which requires that your fees must be paid in order to compete with the team.

If you have an outstanding balance you should receive an email that shows payments received.  If you have a question about your balance, you may contact treasurer Liz Garrison (Liz@WalkWorthy.us).   

If you have decided not to participate in fundraising, please add the fundraising fee of $100 (JH) or $300 (Varsity) to your balance owed and remit that also at this time.

If arrangements need to be made, please contact Liz Garrison (Liz@WalkWorthy.us); those will need to be approved in writing by the coach.  At least partial payment must be made by this Friday, September 12^th for Varsity players to play in the game.

NOAH Program Fundraiser!!!!

The NOAH football Game Day Program is one of our biggest FUNDRAISERS of the year – we need advertisements to make it a success for our team.

The Game Day Program represents NOAH football to our fans.  The PERSONAL PLAYER ADS make the Game Day Program a memorable keepsake.  Player ads are offered again at a reduced rate.  Pictures, scriptures & family mottos make the ads special & fun for our players.

The ads are due in by THIS FRIDAY, September 12^th.  Ads may be given to Julie Dermody, Liz Garrison or Shelley Roberts at football practice or games or ads may be mailed to the address on the form.  If you need additional forms or have questions, please contact Program Coordinator Julie Dermody at 918-232-3796.

Ad sales count toward the fundraising REQUIREMENT for high school ($300) and junior high ($100) players.
